Tour Information

Full-Package Tour Price of $3,995 Includes:
• October 15-26 2009 (Travelers meet as a group on the evening of October 14).
• Round-trip airfare originating from LAX
• Luxury accommodations throughout China
• Two meals are provided for each full day of touring
• All transfer fees, departure taxes, and gratuities
• Escorted tours with bilingual guides
• Prices are per person based on two travelers per room
• Single occupancy available: supplement $795
• Price of this trip could be adjusted higher if fuel surcharges continue to rise

Land-only Package $2,995
• Travelers must arrive at Beijing by October 16, 2009. Land-only ends in Shanghai on October 26, 2009.
• Luxury accommodations throughout China 
• Two meals are provided for each full day of tourning
• Transfers from airport to hotel upon arrival in Beijing and hotel to airport upon departure from Shanghai are not included. All inter-China transport during the tour is included.


Additional Tour Information
Travelers' medical insurance for American citizens is available for $42 if requested and paid in full by September 3, 2009.  Nonrefundable deposit of $500 per person is required upon registration.  Fifty percent of the balance is due on or before August 3, 2009. Full balance is due on or before September 3, 2009.  Late fee of $300 will be applied to ALL registrations and balances paid after September 3, 2009.


Cancellation Policy:
Traveler may cancel without penalty any amount paid over and above the nonrefundable deposit ($500), provided that the cancellation is before August 3, 2009.  Thereafter, the cancellation penalty is as follows: after August 3, 2009: initial deposit plus 35% of the tour price; after September 3, 2009: initial deposit plus 50% of the tour price (plus applicable late fees). Due to contractual obligations, the cancellation policy will only be waived in the event Marilyn Hickey Ministries cancels the tour.


Round-trip transportation from your home to LAX is NOT included in the package price.  Tudor Travel offers competitive fares for flights to LAX.  Call Tudor Travel at 1-303-638-7614 or email marilyn@tudortravel.com.  A passport and visa are required before you leave the United States.  Call your local Post Office or county courthouse for obtaining a passport in the United States. We will assist you in expediting this process and for all visa applications (a $210 fee applies for visa processing.) While Marilyn Hickey Ministries (MHM) endeavors to provide opportunities for spiritual enrichment, it is no way responsible for the actions, misdeeds or omissions by any third parties, including the tour guide and transportation providers.    Travelers may be traveling to countries and regions which may not be considered safe by American standards, and MHM cannot guarantee any Traveler’s safety.    MHM acts only as an agent for the passenger with respect to booking transportation, hotels and other related travel services, and assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any personal injury, trauma, death,  kidnapping, damage to property, or other harm which any traveler might experience.    By purchasing passage tickets for passenger’s benefit, MHM assumes no duties to the passenger and is not responsible for any claim passenger may have against any carrier or transportation provider.   MHM reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, or change the tour in whole or in part any time, as it, in its sole absolute and complete discretion may determine to be in the best interest of MHM.   In the event the tour is cancelled, MHM will exercise its’ best efforts to recover payments made on the traveler’s behalf for transportation, hotels and other related travel expenses.    All monies recovered on the traveler’s behalf for transportation will be refunded to them; however MHM cannot guarantee what amount, if any, will be refunded.   Any money not refunded will be deemed to be a donation to MHM.    MHM is not responsible for unexpected transportation delays and changes, nor liable for any additional expenses or loss of time which may be incurred.    MHM shall not be responsible for any inadvertent errors in this brochure or other descriptive materials.    The itinerary is subject to change at any time without notice and for any reason without allowance of any refund.    Upon advancement of deposit to MHM, traveler agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions herein expressed.
