Additional Tour Information
● Nonrefundable deposit of $500 per person is required upon registration. Half the balance is due by August 8th. Full balance is due by August 29th to take advantage of our discount special. On ALL registrations and balances paid after August 29th, 2008 the Tour price will increase as listed above depending on the tour package purchased.
● Cancellation Policy: Traveler may cancel without penalty any amount paid over and above the nonrefundable deposit, provided that the cancellation is before August 8th. Thereafter, the cancellation penalty is as follows: after August 8th: initial deposit plus 35% of the tour price; after August 29th: initial deposit plus 55% of the tour price (plus applicable late fees).
